Burn YouTube Videos to DVD

In one of my previous posts, I demonstrated how to download videos from YouTube for free using Clone2Go Free YouTube Downloader. The downloaded YouTube videos will be saved in mp4, 3gp or flv format.

If you'd like to backup these video files or watch them with your DVD player, you may choose to burn them to a DVD disc. Photo DVD Burner Professional is a pretty good choice for burning video files to DVD. This program is primarily used for creating photo slideshows. Yet, it also allows you to import video clips into the program so that you can choose to create a DVD slideshow with both video files and photos or burn video files to DVD only.

In the following guide, I'd like to show you how to burn the downloaded YouTube videos (.flv, .mp4 or 3gp) to DVD discs using Photo DVD Burner Professional.

Step 1. Add downloaded YouTube video files

Download and install Photo DVD Burner Professional. Click "Organize" -> "Add Video Clips..." to import FLV files.

Note: Photo DVD Burner Professional only supports .avi video format. You need to convert the videos from flv, 3gp or mp4 to avi first. You may go and download Clone2Go Free Video Converter to help you. Please remember to set the "video codec" to "msmpeg4v2" when using this converter.

Step 2. Choose DVD menus

After the video files are imported, directly go to the Choose Menus tab in the interface of the program to choose a DVD menu template. You can also specify background music and background image, set font style, size, color, etc to customize the menu template.
